
Terms and Conditions
- Reservation must be at least 28 hours before the implementation date
- You are allowed to modify, postpone or cancel service - just before the implementation date by 48 hours
- Modification or postponement will be one-time only
- The postponement of service is up to a maximum of 60 days from the date of the trip or on time given by the client, whichever is earlier (that is used for the deferred value in one communication)
- In case of reservation, before the implementation date with 48 hour cancelation is not possible
- In the event of cancellation, you can recover the value of the service from the company in the same method of payment - a cancellation request must be 48 hours before the implementation date.(Bank Charges Will be Applied)
- In the event that the customer did not ask for (the amendment or cancellation - according to the conditions contained) and elapsed time of the flight, the value of the service will be the right of the company and the client has no right to claim it.

- At the departure the passenger must be present prior to take-off with a minimum of two hours and not more than 3 hours.
- In all cases, the company's service management will not competent (booking confirmation or overweight or customs)
