Usage, Payment, and Refund Policies
1. Booking and Payment:
• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the execution date for “Ahlein” service and 24 hours for meet-and-assist services.
• Once booking and payment are complete, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions. Payment confirms service acknowledgment.
• Bookings made within 48 or 24 hours before the execution date are non-refundable.
2. Modifications and Cancellations:
• Requests to modify, postpone, or cancel services must be made at least 48 hours before the execution date for "Ahlein" and 24 hours for meet-and-assist services. Approvals are subject to availability.
• Only one modification or postponement is permitted.
3. Refunds:
• Free cancellations are allowed 48 hours prior for “Ahlein” and 24 hours prior for meet-and-assist services, with refunds processed minus bank charges.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations within these windows or for no-shows.
4. Customer Responsibility:
• Customers must approach designated company desks at airport terminals for service. Failure to do so implies acknowledgment of service and forfeiture of the booking amount.

• The website administration and the company reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The customer is responsible for keeping track of any updates that may occur.
