Terms & conditions for VIP (Ahlan) Service
- Reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the implementation date/time.
- You are allowed to modify, postpone or cancel service 48 hours before the implementation date/time.
- Modification or postponement is available only for one-time.
- The booking is non-refundable in case of reservation within 48 hours before the implementation date/time.
- The postponement of service is up to a maximum of 60 days from the trip date or on time given by Client, whichever is earlier (that is used for the deferred value in one communication).
- You can cancel your booking free of charge 48 hours before the implementation date/time, in this case the company will fully refund the service cost in the same method of payment (Bank Charges Will be Applied).
- In case of reservation/cancellation received within 48 hours before the implementation date/time, the booking is non-refundable.
- The booking is non-refundable in case of no show.
- The company is not responsible for any missing in Client’s travel documents (pre-entry visa, security permissions…etc.) and in case the airport authorities refused Client’s travel documents, our service fees will be fully charged to Clients’ accounts.

- When booking the service on departure, Client must present three hours before the flight take-off time.
- In all cases, the company service does not include flight booking reconfirmation, overweight, customs, porters, paid baggage trolley, wheel chair or any other service does not mention in our service details.
- In case you did not see the sign of your name, please contact 00202 01280444429 OR 002 0120 000 4114, otherwise the booking will be fully charged.
Terms & conditions for Meet & Assist (Fast Track) Service
- Our Meet & Assist service is only available for foreigners (non-Egyptians).
- Reservation must be at least 24 hours before the implementation date/time.
- You are allowed to modify, postpone or cancel service 24 hours before the implementation date/time.
- The booking is non-refundable in case of reservation within 24 hours before the implementation date/time.
- You can cancel your booking free of charge 24 hours before the implementation date/time, in this case the company will fully refund the service cost in the same method of payment (Bank charges will be applied).
- In case of reservation/cancellation received within 24 hours before the implementation date/time, the booking is non-refundable.
- The booking is non-refundable in case of no show.
