Terms & Conditions (V. 2026.02)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “I have read and accept the Purchase, Change & Cancellation conditions” and proceeding to payment, the Customer provides an absolute and irrevocable acknowledgment of these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and Cairo Airport Travel (the “Company”).
2. Booking & Service Execution
• “Ahlan” Service: Must be booked and paid at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Meet-and-Assist Services: Must be booked and paid at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Any bookings made within less than the above-mentioned windows are considered “Final” and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Critical Cancellation & Refund Policy (The “Non-Refundable” Windows)
To comply with International Card Scheme Rules (Visa/MasterCard), the following refund rules apply strictly:
• Refund Eligibility:
o Ahlan Service: Full refund (minus bank administrative charges and currency conversion fees) is only applicable if the cancellation request is received more than 48 hours before the service time.
o Meet-and-Assist: Full refund (minus bank administrative charges) is only applicable if the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours before the service time.
• Strict Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds, credits, or settlements will be issued in the following cases:
1. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours (for Ahlan) or 24 hours (for Meet-and-Assist).
2. No-Show: If the customer fails to arrive at the designated meeting point or desk within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
3. Incomplete Documentation: If the service cannot be rendered due to the customer's lack of valid travel documents, visas, or security clearances.
4. Failure to Locate Desk: The customer is responsible for approaching the designated company desks. Failure to do so is considered a “No-Show.”
4. Modifications and Postponements
• Requests to modify or postpone a service are subject to availability and must be made within the 48/24-hour window mentioned above.
• Limit: Only one (1) modification per booking is permitted. Once a booking is modified, it becomes immediately non-refundable, regardless of the new service date.
5. Chargeback & Dispute Waiver
By accepting these terms, the customer waives the right to dispute the transaction with their issuing bank (Chargeback) for any “No-Show” or cancellation made within the non-refundable windows defined above. This document serves as a “Signed Disclosure” of our cancellation policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for items left in vehicles/lounges, or for delays caused by airline schedules, customs procedures, or Force Majeure. Maximum compensation for any proven operational error is limited to the value of the service paid.
